Our 2017 Gender Pay Gap Report

Companies with 250 employees or more are required to publish details of their gender pay gap by the 4th April 2018 and annually thereafter.

Gender pay is the difference in the average pay of all men and women across an organisation.  Gender pay is different to equal pay which deals with paying men and women differently for carrying out the same or comparable work.

At GB Railfreight we are committed to providing an inclusive and diverse workforce and will be taking steps to improve the gender imbalance throughout 2018 and beyond.
